Document Management System
The . Document Management System is being made to make a centralized repository for all the documents that are written in the institute. The main advantage of this system is that it will be based on web and can be accessed by every for anywhere and can stay updated with the current affairs of college.
At present the official communication between HOD and Principal is through clerk and it is time consuming, so here we are going to make this process less time consuming and online. By doing this at the end we will be saving lot of paper and contribute to a small extent in the “GO GREEN” movement.
