It is well known for application maintenance and development outsourcing in the real estate, insurance, health care, financial services, retail and distribution, manufacturing, telecommunications and high-tech industries.

 It is looking for a Revenue  Finance Analysis System which could help them for performing internal operation tasks to improve their efficiency. Presently they issue their client handwritten invoice and they enter details in manual register and maintain MS Excel file for product rate. 

They want computerization of their manual invoice and bill generation process, and want us to develop such system which they could deploy and make complete atomization of manual billing and invoicing system. 

A lead is generated when a client agrees with the terms & conditions, and the proposed estimates. Lead consists of client details, item name, description of item, number of quantity, rate per quantity, amount to be paid for the item, estimate date etc.

An invoice is generated after completion of the product development. An invoice or bill is a commercial document issued by a seller to a buyer, indicating the products, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services the seller has provided to the buyer. 

Expenses required for the product are recorded and managed in the system. Revenue is calculated by the Revenue Analysis functionality on quarterly, half-yearly and yearly basis. Accordingly, the cash flow is analyzed. Reports are generated based on the recorded and calculated information.
