This software is required as per the terms of Custom & Excise Dept. Govt. Of India, It indicates whether the customer is first stage dealer or second stage dealer or he is an importer. 

He needs to provide details of all previous tax paid and need to also specify the supplier and Importer at all stages. One also needs to keep track tax paid at every stage
