This invention relates to reimbursement of expenses. In a first embodiment of the present invention, a computer-implemented method processes a expense voucher. The method determines whether the expense voucher satisfies a condition.

 If the expense voucher satisfies the condition, the method allows a payment corresponding to the expense voucher. If the expense voucher does not satisfy the condition, higher authorized person sent back to employee for correction after correction , the method allows a payment corresponding to the expense voucher
