The project entitled "personal management system" is a system for personal information of the employee. This system keeps the information related to the management of the Employee details.

 This include staff, current status of the employee, personal information of employee, employee details, employee report, loan details, Attendance of the employee etc. This project mainly focuses on easing the daily tasks of human resource.

 This project is the combination of database management system, management information system and local networking. 

This system generate the salary report of the employee in every month. A shared resource that includes the database are accessed simultaneously by the different users i.e. cashier and managers at different corner of the same departmental store.
