Tender request documents; also referred to as invitations to tender, Requests for Tender (RFT), Requests for Proposal (RFP) etc. outline what is required, that is, what the requesting organization’s needs are.

 The supplier company bids for the undertaking of the road construction while organizations, chiefly government organizations float the tenders. The government organization will have great control over the tendering process and the companies. Road auditing done by the superintendent officers will be easily reported on the website.
