Online Recruitment And Skill Testing System
Project Description
This project is aimed at developing a web-based and central recruitment Process system for the HR Group for a company.
Some features of this system will be online skill testing, generating skill test papers randomly according to skills selected by candidates, generating results of skill test, allowing Recruiters to search candidates by filter them according to marks obtained in skill test, according to their degree, according to their experience, storing results for the applicant and finally hiring of the applicant is done by Recruiter.
This project 'Online Recruitment and Skill Testing System' is an online website in which job seeker can register themselves and then attend the exam. Based on the outcome of the exam the job seeker will be short listed.
For each registered candidate the exam will be conducted online. The details of the examination date will be made available to them through the website.
