IT Services Desk Portal is a System which includes to serve IT Services to employee of the organization .There are five types of users involved in the system. Admin, HR, Employee, Approver, Engineer.HR is responsible for Registration of new employee, he can also update his profile, he can also keep track of resigned employee details.

 Administrator of the System is responsible for Confirming the Registration of new employee whose details have been filled up by HR Department. Along with it Administrator can also keep track Status of various service requests, he/she can also update his profile.

 Employee can initiate different IT Service Requests. Various It Service Requests are software Requests, CD Rom Requests, Internet Requests, Video Conferencing Requests, Service Requests like Backup, Ftp Access etc. Employee can also request for Leave. The request will be forwarded to approver. Approver confirm the service request and further forward it to IT engineer. IT engineer Solves request of concerned employee.

 It is very useful for users to make Service Requests without consulting directly to the concerned IT Engineer. In Manual Process they have to maintain many files and it takes much time to check about particular Request. 

So to overcome the problems in the mandatory maintenance, time taken between Request requisition and request resolve is fast, accurate and takes less time.

Most of public sector companies provide reimbursements of medical expense. All the employees are provided medical reimbursement facility which means that the expenditure incurred by the employee for treatment is reimbursed by the company. 

For reimbursement, the employee needs to fill in a form detailing the treatment undertaken which includes the name & cost of medicines, laboratory tests, surgery.

 The form is duly signed by the employee and it will be sent to the concerned eClaims Processing Department (eCPD) by messenger for processing. CPD will process it and the order regarding the reimbursement is sent to the Cash counter (CC) where in the employee can come and receive the reimbursement amount.

This website also include the facilities like changing the mobile no, address, and password. Now user get chance to bid for the particular celebrities .the included celebrities are like Business celebrities, Sports celebrities, Bollywood celebrities, Political celebrities. For bidding process there will be some base price, the person has to bid above that particular base price. 

Now as per the rule the highest bidder will get the chance to meet that particular celebrity. Now as per rule the person who had done the bidding but unfortunately was not the highest bidder then some percentage of his/her bidding price will be cut from his account.

 After the getting chance to meet that particular celebrity the user can also express him/herself on the site. By introducing the concept of Dream Big in this site we are providing equal platform and equal chance for all the user to meet the celebrity; whether that person is rich or not. 

In DB the user just have to upload video in which he/she have to express their maniac about that particular celeb and user will get the chance to meet that particular celebrity.

The current system for railways is wide and efficient enough but as a part of the analysis, it was found that some functionalities were missing.

 In the Intelligent Railways System we aim to inculcate those functionalities that will enhance the interaction of the user with the system and make it more user-friendly. The user shall be able to search for trains by using name as well as number.

 He shall be able to search and book tickets based on various categories. The user shall also be provided with the facility to apply and recharge for the local pass which shall be used for travelling between local stations. The user will be provided various facilities on option for group booking. 

The user, who has booked a ticket, shall get information about it on his registered email id and/or phone number. Also the user shall be notified on addition of new trains or stations.

 All these are included as the functionalities of the system that will ultimately be helpful to the user and also provide them an efficient and effective interface to interact with the railway reservation system. This shall also be helpful for the railway system,

The main concept behind the project is receiving a sent SMS and processing it further as required to performe several operations. Here, we have expanded the project in which we can performe the same operation through giving a missed call to the number registered to SIM card in GSM modem.
