IT Services Desk Portal is a System which includes to serve IT Services to employee of the organization .There are five types of users involved in the system. Admin, HR, Employee, Approver, Engineer.HR is responsible for Registration of new employee, he can also update his profile, he can also keep track of resigned employee details.

 Administrator of the System is responsible for Confirming the Registration of new employee whose details have been filled up by HR Department. Along with it Administrator can also keep track Status of various service requests, he/she can also update his profile.

 Employee can initiate different IT Service Requests. Various It Service Requests are software Requests, CD Rom Requests, Internet Requests, Video Conferencing Requests, Service Requests like Backup, Ftp Access etc. Employee can also request for Leave. The request will be forwarded to approver. Approver confirm the service request and further forward it to IT engineer. IT engineer Solves request of concerned employee.

 It is very useful for users to make Service Requests without consulting directly to the concerned IT Engineer. In Manual Process they have to maintain many files and it takes much time to check about particular Request. 

So to overcome the problems in the mandatory maintenance, time taken between Request requisition and request resolve is fast, accurate and takes less time.

 The form is duly signed by the employee and it will be sent to the concerned eClaims Processing Department (eCPD) by messenger for processing. CPD will process it and the order regarding the reimbursement is sent to the Cash counter (CC) where in the employee can come and receive the reimbursement amount.

 At that time we realized that there were too many people whose mobile are lost or stolen every day and due to lack of knowledge of IT law to people and also to police department there were too many F.I.R. Pending for stolen mobile in all India…….. 

We are accepting that mobile stolen crime is little with compare to other crimes like terrorism, theft, murder, rape, hit & run, illegal arms, stolen vehicle, gang war etc. But, due to this reason police department cannot ignore these F.I.Rs and also they cannot provide special force or police for it because it is lengthy and costly process with less efficiency. 

So, we need a system which is comfortable with current police system with less employee & resources. Also it will applicable for state level or country level. 

To minimize cost & resources of the system we need base of running system which is related to mobile devices like G.P.S., Wi-Fi, SIM card, IMEI number etc. 

After a long thinking and analysis of these all system and current method of police department we designed a system “Detecting System for Stolen Cell Phone” which automatically send mail to related police station and also message to owner of mobile device when new SIM is inserted in it.

Whenever that person want to check his all inboxes either he uses a paid software (Microsoft’s) or he opens his all mail accounts in different tabs (in latest browsers) otherwise they opens their mail accounts in different windows of browsers. 

Actually, this is a time consuming and slight confusing task for those people. For this it is decided to build a desktop and web-based application on mail accounts synchronizing, we call it SSO (Single Sign-On).

 By this people will get an interface where they can check all their mail boxes easily.
